The original TF, 1996's Quake Team Fortress included just a few maps. Among them was 4fort, the first map to have four teams instead of two. Each fort was a simplified smaller version of 2fort. The level design forced players to decide whether to play offense or defense, as there was no single path between flags. It created a unique team fortress gameplay and I wanted to resurrect it as best I could.
My version has some big changes when updated to Valve's Team Fortress 2. There are only two teams, with bases across from one another. There are two bases to the sides: Yellow and Green. The objective is to capture both of these bases.
